📖 About
Wherever you go, there you are
👋🏻 You are here, welcome. I’m glad you made it 😁.
Site Purpose
This site is a personal project that serves many purposes. Personally, it is a creative outlet, a tool of self-reflection, a catalyst for self-teaching, personal development, a sense of accomplishment, and a contribution to something beyond myself.
For you, I hope it will serve as a knowledge base that fosters mental and physical well-being. Think of this site as a buffet of ideas, pick and choose what resonates with you and leave the rest behind.
Site Vision
Thought Cultivation will mainly be a blog-style site where each post is easily digestible for the reader. You won’t have to click through a bunch of links, x out of various pop-ups, or fight through an array of advertisements just to read a post. You will never receive spam or marketing from using this site. As the site matures, I will include other features like the gratitude form which is available to use now.
About Me
You can call me Mister Riley. I’m on a never ending journey to become a full-stack human being. I have experienced traumatic loss and I have struggled with anxiety for much of my adult life. I have put in the hard work to be physically fit and have started to put that same effort into being mentally fit.
However, I am not a professional in mental or physical health. As such, I’m not offering any medical advice here. I’m simply curating things that I have learned throughout my life that have helped me. Hopefully they can help you as well.
